(TOLEDO, Ohio - February 7, 2011) -
Former ARCA Late Model driver and car
owner Clifford Bailey, age 76, passed
away Friday, February 4. Cliff drove
the No. 6 car for many years around the
Southeastern Michigan/Northern Ohio
tracks. His sons, Cliff and Jim, have
also raced Late Models recently at Flat
Rock. Cliff owned and operated a salvage
yard for many years with his wife,
Marie.

For the fifth consecutive
season, Moran Chevrolet will step to the
front and serve as the sponsor of the
ARCA Late Model class at Flat Rock
Speedway. Pat Moran has confirmed the
sponsorship at a recent meeting with
track officials.

Toledo Speedway officials have announced
that the ARCA Late Model Gold Cup Series
will stage their Championship event on
Sunday afternoon, September 11 at the ½
mile paved oval.
